What is a Lightworker?
Lightwork is healing. A Lightworker is a facilitator of healing
for others who feels called to make the world a better place. Starting in the
1950’s, a large group of Lightworkers started to be born with a group purpose of
teaching love, in answer to prayers for world peace. Lightworkers are very
loving, sensitive, intuitive, often feeling different from others.
Lightworkers are present in every field and profession, not just professional
healing. Lightworkers are sometimes so giving, almost to the point of burnout.
Self-care is not selfish and it makes it easier to fulfill our divine life
purpose to be of service.

What is manifestation?
Manifestation is simply allowing what you desire to come to you. It works
by putting a clear intention into the Universe. The Universe responds only to
our thoughts and feelings, as well as the energy that is created from those. The
Universe does not operate on a punishment/reward system. Rather, it always gives
you what you think or feel about most. If you think positively, you create
things in your life that are positive. If you are negative, you can guess what
will happen. These concepts are related to the Law of Attraction. Whether you
need time, health, money, creativity, friends, love, fun, travel, adventure, or
anything else, ask and you will receive. If it doesn’t come right away, please
trust that it is on its way. In fact, by believing what you desire already
exists, you bring it about quicker. The spiritual truth is that it already
exists.
Sometimes, we have blocks to receiving. Ask your angels to help you remove
the blocks to receiving so that you can manifest your best life possible.
Feelings are a stronger energy than thoughts, so engage in positive feeling
besides positive thinking!

How is it that you are able to do readings at a distance via e-mail or telephone?
Whether I do readings in person or at a distance, I am connecting to energy,
the life force that animates all living things. Energy follows intention. It is
possible to tune into this energy at a distance. There are no time and space
constraints when it comes to energy, so I do not have to be in the same room as
you to provide you with an accurate reading. Have you ever had thoughts of
someone and later when you talk to them, they say they were thinking about you
too? You were sending out an energy vibration to that person. With your
permission, I can connect to your own energy field using my intention. I ask the
angels to allow this connection to be made, asking for only the messages that
are for your highest good to come through.

Will I ever meet Mr. Right/Ms.
Right?
The angels say, "Of course!" If you listen more closely, the angels will give
you insights or messages about how to bring this about more easily. They will
provide you with guidance about life changes that may lead to you meeting your
Mr. Right or Ms. Right. Sometimes, these suggestions may seem unrelated to
meeting a life partner, but it’s the angels working on your behalf. The Romance
Angels can be called upon for assistance with any aspect of your romantic life.

What is my life purpose?
The angels always say that our life purpose is Love. But, the other piece is
to do something for a living that makes your heart sing. If you’re being of
service to others, you can feel the greatest joy. If you are not happy with your
current vocation, you can ask the angels to gently show you the way to what is
more in alignment with your true nature and with your heart, so that you can
enjoy life more.

How did you come up with the name Indigo Angel Bear for your business?
I have enjoyed the loving, protective energy of bears ever since I was young.
The Bear has a reputation for being fierce and ferocious. But, in Native
American teachings, the bear is about introspection and intuition, representing
the receptive, female energy (think "women’s intuition. Introspection helps us
to gain clarity about our lives).
I am an Indigo, part of a wave of children born to help bring integrity and
peace to humanity, and to help others become aware of their purpose. Indigo
scouts (the older Indigos), such as myself were born to pave the way.
Indigos tend to be very psychic and intuitive. However, everyone has access to
these spiritual gifts.

What types of angels exist?
Many
types!
Angels:
Every religion’s sacred texts mention angels. This information will provide
you with a starting point. Even though angels are often classified into a
hierarchy, I prefer to think of all groups of angels being important. Because
angels and archangels tend to be the angels who work most closely with humans, I
focus on these two groups.
Angels were created to help humankind, and to be messengers. Many levels of
angels help and protect us. They understand us as humans, even though they have
never lived on the Earth as humans. (There are two exceptions in the Archangel
category, Metatron and Sandalphon, who both lived as human prophets before they
ascended).
Angels as a group are closest to humanity, in our lives to comfort and guide
us. There are different groups of angels designed to help us with various
issues. In the book Angelspeake: A Guide by Barbara Mark and Trudy
Griswold, it says that every thought or emotion has a corresponding angel (p.
25). So, if you need any quality of energy such as patience, strength, calmness,
or motivation, you can call upon the corresponding angels to be with you (such
as Angels of Patience, Angels of Strength, etc.).
Guardian Angels:
These are our personal angels who are assigned to us. They are always with
us, but they respect our free will. They are here to help us with our life
purpose, and to help with our other concerns. We just have to ask for the
angels’ assistance. (I have read in a few books that the only time our angels
will intervene without our asking is if we are in danger, and it’s not our time
as of yet to leave the Earth plane).
Archangels:
Archangels are God’s messengers, illustrating the Divine’s love for humanity.
Archangels help us to deliver messages to other angels or to other people.
Archangels help us very quickly.
They can help with our healing, if we give them permission to intercede.
Archangel Michael is a great archangel to work with for protection and help with
your life purpose. Archangel Raphael is a great healer of people and animals
with his green healing light. I just name a couple of archangels to get you
started on your research.

Do you believe in Faeries?
Yes, I do believe! I’m not crazy either! If you don’t believe, you
should—spoken like a true fan of the faeries! The faeries are nature’s guardian
angels and caretakers of Mother Earth, part of the elemental realm. Each animal,
plant, and even rock has a guardian angel that watches over it. The faeries
remind humans to stay in touch with our inner child, so that we can remember the
sense of magic, fun, and playfulness that we once had while younger.
The faeries are in tune with the emotions of plants, and those of people.
They like to help us with our own healing and to find happiness and to manifest
our dreams. The faeries rejoice when we take care of the planet, doing such
things as recycling, cleaning up the trash in nature, and avoiding chemical
pollutants, especially pesticides. Stories and mythology abound concerning
mischievous faeries, but I believe that the faeries and elementals (elves,
gnomes, mermaids, etc.) were made with love.
The energy of the faeries is light, airy, and playful. They enjoy sparkling
garden décor as well as backyard wildlife. It is a joy to work with them in
healing and manifestation work.

Who are the Ascended Masters?
The Ascended Masters are great spiritual guides and master teachers who once
lived as humans on this planet. So, they have compassion for us. Coming from
both ancient and modern times, including many different cultures, religions, and
civilizations, popular examples include Mother Mary, Kuan Yin, Saint Therese, El
Morya, Ganesh, and Buddha.
These loving, positive Masters have many lessons to teach, helping us with
our problems and staying on track with our life purpose. They tend to see the
bigger picture of our lives and how we are connected to other souls. They have
access to knowledge about our life goals and future. They provide us with
protection, comfort, clarity, and love. You may find that a particular Master
resonates with you. This can change depending on where you are in your life path
and your needs.

What are Spirit Guides?
Everyone has a spirit guide while living here on Earth. Before we are born,
we meet with a spirit who will be our constant helper while we learn our
lessons. All spirit guides have had at least one lifetime on Earth, so our
spirit guides will be able to understand and empathize with us. Similar to a
life coach working with us in the spiritual realm to help us fulfill our life
purpose, they have studied and memorized our life plans. Spirit guides also can
be in more than one place at a time. They can monitor us while doing their other
spirit realm activities. Spirit guides honor our free will, so they do not live
our lives for us. They can give us warnings, advice or guidance, but it is up to
us how we want to proceed.
I prefer allowing my clients to discover their own spirit guides. I tend to
work more with angels in my readings. You can ask your spirit guide his or her
name. They are not offended, however, if you talk to them without knowing their
name, or even if you make one up for them. One option is to do some sort of
exercise to see if you can intuit the name of your guide. The first name you
hear is usually the name.

What are power animals?
Before modern times, we tended to see ourselves as a part of nature, not
separate. Native cultures believe that all living things are significant and
interconnected. Earlier, we believed that the natural and supernatural were
inseparable with no boundaries between humans and animals.
Have you ever noticed that you have an affinity for a certain animal? This
connection helps us to learn lessons. These animal energies are considered to be
power or "medicine." Animals can teach us many things. We just have to be open
to their lessons. It helps to have a reference book to look up information about
animals’ characteristics, habits, and their spiritual significance.

What are Indigo,
Crystal, and Rainbow Children?
Note: I believe that all children and people are special. This information is
intended for informational purposes about the New Children.
INDIGO CHILDREN
The Indigo children are a group born in high concentrations starting in the
mid-1970’s. Most Indigos are in their teens and 20’s today. But, many Indigos
incarnated earlier than the 1970’s, in order to pave the way for future
generations. These older Indigos are often referred to as Indigo scouts.
I was born in the early 1970’s, so I consider myself to be a scout.
Indigos are named after the color of the third eye or sixth chakra in the
human energy system associated with intuition and spiritual awareness. Indigos
tend to be born to Lightworkers, often with highly psychic and sensitive
qualities.
I have seen many questionnaires so that you can determine whether you’re
Indigo. In lieu of a set of questions, I have listed a set of common traits of
Indigos:
- Leadership and warrior qualities or energies
- Here to help others with life purpose
- Here to usher out the Old Energy and old systems or ways of doing things
- Confrontational and challenging to the status quo
- Creative, right-brained, visual
- In tune with the higher realms. Some consider this to be a clinical
based attention deficit
- Resonate more with peace, cooperation, and love than competition and
greed
- Have angst or anger about the state of the world today
- Frustrated with institutions such as churches, governments, and
corporations
- Have an energy of integrity and honesty and notice when others are not
of similar energy
- Concerned with ethical behavior of others more than others’ age, title,
or status
- Can’t shut down the inner truth detector and knows when others are lying
to them.
- Here on planet to make a difference and eradicate suffering such as war,
pollution, and poverty.
- Have no qualms about speaking up when feel they lied to, even to
authority figures
- Feel very different at a deep level
- Labeled as strange and often, feel don’t fit into regular society
- Super sensitive with difficulties dissociating from environment
- Some use chemicals at times in foods and substances to reduce
sensitivity to energies, etc.
- Sensitive to chemicals such as food colorings, additives and the like
CRYSTAL CHILDREN
Crystal Children or Crystals are named after the pretty minerals and stones
that are in the Earth. They are here to bring healing to others. Crystals were
born starting in 1995 with a tendency to be born to Indigos and Lightworkers.
Just like with Indigos, there are scouts who are older who came to pave the way
for the next group of children. The Crystal scouts were born in the 1970-1980’s.
Here’s a list of traits of Crystal Children:
- Angelic, loving, and heart-centered without the anger or temper of some
Indigos
- Drawn to people with open hearts, staying away from mean people and children
- Old souls
- Connected to nature with love for animals and all living things
- Prefer to be outdoors
- Affectionate and generous
- Super sensitive, even more so than the Indigos to chemicals
- Enjoy eating fruits and vegetables
- Tend to speak telepathically for ease and efficiency with tendency to speak
audibly later than their peers
- Sometimes misdiagnosed as having Autism, but unlike autistic children,
Crystal Children love to be connected to others
- Can be talented in many areas such as music, art, etc.
- Physically agile with play and sports
- Enjoy playing with items found in nature instead of electronics
- Have an affinity for actual rocks and stones
- Natural healers without taking any courses
- Psychic with ability to see and communicate with angels and deceased loved
ones
RAINBOW CHILDREN
The Rainbow Children are a bit rare currently, so there is very little
information about this newest group. Rainbow Children carry the healing energy
of the rainbow, similar to the human chakra system. There are seven major
chakras in the body that correspond to our various organs and glands. Each major
chakra is a different color of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue,
indigo, and violet). Chakras have energy that helps to maintain our health on
all levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Doing things such as
eating healthy, exercising, being in full spectrum light, doing yoga, or
meditating helps chakras stay balanced and energized. By receiving energy work
such as Reiki, this brings the rainbow energy into your being.
More Rainbow Children will be born starting in 2015 as the Crystal Children
begin to have children of their own. The Rainbow scouts are starting to be born
though. Here’s a list of traits of the Rainbow Children:
- Energy of teachers whereas the Crystal Children have the energy of healers
- All about service to others
- Born into places that have love and peace already
- Born on planet for first time without karma into loving families without
strife
- Have energy of unconditional love similar to dolphins who also have rainbow
energy

What is Ascension?
Ascension is an evolutionary process of the planet moving from fear to
love. The Earth is detoxifying, but it doesn’t mean the world is going to
end anytime soon!
Lightworkers are here to assist in this process. Every person also is
ascending with the planet. There are different levels or stages of ascension
that each person goes through. Each person is at a different stage. Each
level, is important, but without any level being more advanced or better
than the other. The ascension process can create many changes in our
physical bodies. Many self-help techniques are available to assist your
body. It’s important more than ever before to rest, relax, and take good
care of yourself. You can ask the angels for the methods of self-care that
would best suit you. (Please, visit a licensed health professional, if you
are in need of medical attention).
The planet is vibrating at higher frequency all the time, so many shifts
will be occurring. The dense energies here on planet Earth are becoming
lighter. Some feel like time is quickening. Others can feel their thoughts
and ideas manifesting quicker into reality.
I felt guided to share the basics of ascension here on my website. The
more people who are consciously aware of this process, the more evolutionary
progress we can make together as the Earth moves towards paradise. If you’re

What’s the difference between psychic readings and angel readings?
I tend to see angel readings as a form of healing work. I don’t like to
tell you your future, not to say that all psychic readings foretell the
future. The nice thing about angel readings is that all of the messages are
very loving. That is how you can tell the information is coming from the
angels. Both types of readings can be healing and valuable, but I myself
don’t consider my work to be psychic.

What is Mediumship?
Our souls are eternal. When we pass we go to a place called the
Other Side or our Home, a very beautiful, happy place. Our deceased
loved ones, including pets visit us from time to time there to say hello
to us. They want us to know that they are well and that they love us.
Our deceased loved ones’ essence is a form of energy. It is possible to
connect with this energy to communicate with our deceased loved ones.
They leave us signs that they are with us. I have heard certain songs on
the radio that remind me of my deceased grandma, and it often occurred
right after I was thinking about her. I notice that our deceased loved
ones will manipulate the electricity in our homes to say hello.
Sometimes, when I think about my deceased grandma, the lights in the
living room flash on and off. But, each spirit will have a signature
sign to communicate with you, and these signs can even include scents
(such as cigar smoke, if the person smoked when alive, or flowers,
perfume, etc.). If it is a loving spirit of your deceased loved one, you
will feel warmth and love emanating from the spirit.
Deceased loved ones do not want to alarm us, or scare us, contrary to
popular movies and television shows. Mediumship has become popularized
by television shows such as “Medium” and “Ghost Whisperer.” However,
Hollywood has taken creative license to have shows that are entertaining
in order to draw viewers. When deceased loved ones begin communicating
with us, it can be startling at first, but once the initial surprise is
gone, we should feel a loving presence. We can ask them to come to us in
a way that doesn’t scare us. I notice they, along with my spirit guides
and angels like to come to me when I am asleep, in a more relaxed state.
If I want to get rest, I will tell them to meet up with me another time
because I need my sleep.
Mediumship is simply the practice of communicating with deceased loved
ones. In my opinion, this is a work of the heart. As I mentioned, there
is nothing scary about it. I use Archangel Michael as my protector and
guide with this work, so only loving energies are allowed to come
through in your reading.
I do not tend to work with earthbound spirits, another term for ghosts.
Ghosts still need our compassion and love as they are stuck in between
this world and the loving, healing Other Side. But, I choose to work
with deceased loved ones who have already transitioned into the Light.
Each medium works differently, but my own work is very down-to-earth and
conversational. I converse with the deceased loved ones just as if I was
talking with them in a café or in my living room. I’m very grateful that
they allow me to be their messenger to assist others.
Although they have passed on, deceased loved ones are still very much
alive, but they now are in spirit. Deceased loved ones will retain their
personalities and other traits they had while living. Often, the manner
in which your own deceased loved ones communicate with you now will come
through in readings, so that you understand how they say “hello” to you.
Mediumship is meant to facilitate others’ self-healing processes,
bringing peace to those left behind. If it is your intention to connect
with a deceased loved one in a reading, please let me know, but do not
tell me the specifics such as name or manner of death. I want to bring
forth the clearest reading as possible for you.
